We’re so attached to our phones – so use them to text or tweet happiness to your friends and contacts.
Be silly. Tell a joke. Have fun. Enjoy this day with friends or family.
Covid and Omicron are out there. But we can still reach out to those we love, to those who’s friendships we cherish – by phone, text or social media.
We can offer a smile or a “happy Valentine’s Day” greeting to those we pass as we go about our daily lives.

We’ve been through a lot in the last two years. Many of us are suffering emotionally. Some of us have lost our jobs. We’ve lost relatives and friends. We all deserves a day of happiness – a reason to smile.
It’s not hard to do. It doesn’t take a lot of time – mere minutes to spread a moment of love and compassion.
