One of the coolest things for me about April Fool’s Day is not the pranks we play on each other or the corny jokes we make – it’s the day I enjoy watching my favorite comedy shows and movies.<\/p>\n
Sure I can watch both any other day of the month, but I make it a point to celebrate holidays in style.<\/p>\n
Thus, April Fool’s Day is my Comedy Watching Day.<\/p>\n
This year I picked:<\/p>\n
The Ugly Truth<\/strong> – Movie pick #1 – Gerard Butler and Katherine Heigl butt head in this romantic comedy where she’s an uptight television producer and he’s a misogynistic host of her station’s new morning show segment on modern relationships.<\/p>\n What’s Your Number<\/strong> – as my movie pick #2 It’s about a ditzy gal, Anna Faris, who decides to track down her 20 ex-boyfriends to see if she missed out on Mr. Right.<\/p>\n and for TV, I watched episodes of 3 of my favorites ~<\/p>\n Resident Alien<\/strong> – Chris Sheridan created this show and it was a slow to hook us, but the writing got better, and now we jump on and off episodes. Sure to give us some smiles today.<\/p>\n 2 and a Half Men<\/strong> – And oldie but goodie. Can’t get enough of Charlie Harper and his lame-ass brother Alan. Always get a good laugh from this show.<\/p>\n Big Bang Theory<\/strong> – Another oldie, but we love watching it Sheldon, his nerdy buds, and their sassy girlfriends.<\/p>\n What are you doing after work today? Cracking jokes?
