Winter’s here. We can’t deny it, or stop it from progressing.<\/p>\n
We can<\/em> bundle up to keep warm, and make the best of it. We can sit by heaters or fireplaces. Cover ourselves with a comfy throw. Don thick winter socks, or slippers, or both.<\/p>\n Me? I grab mugs of hot cocoa.<\/p>\n Swiss Miss with miniature marshmallows.\u00a0 Hershey’s. Starbucks double chocolate. Godiva Milk Chocolate. Ghirardelli. I’ve tried them all.<\/p>\n I prefer milk chocolate flavor over the dark or double chocolates. I look for creaminess. A packet of instant hot cocoa should look and taste creamy. It should be more welcoming than standing in line at a coffee shop waiting and paying for a pricey cup of cocoa.<\/p>\n My fav: Swiss Miss with those mini marshmallows.<\/p>\n One cup on those super cold days or nights from late December to mid-March warms me from throat to my frosty toes.<\/p>\n My toes are snug as a hibernating bug when I tug on my thick winter socks. My lap is draped with my favorite throw when I’m home.
